Johannesburg is showing out with the first office development in Africa to be awarded a v1.1, 6 Star Green Star Rating as well as Net Zero Carbon accreditation 🏆. 78 Corlett Drive sets new standards for trendy co-working office spaces, incorporating minimalist geometries and with shading louvres acting as a passive shading device – as well as a slight elevation above street level to give the property a “floating effect”.

78 Corlett Drive demonstrates its cutting-edge sustainable design by featuring a wide variety of environmental features:

🚲 EV charging station, cyclist facilities, passive solar shading design and a full photovoltaic array.

📟 Sub-metering of major energy consuming systems for understanding and managing building systems and evaluating opportunities for energy savings.
