hello energy during the coronavirus
While obviously taking all necessary precautions for our clients and ourselves, hello energy is continuing to work apace during the Covid-19 outbreak. These are strange times indeed but we are striving to make the best of them. Here’s what that means in practice…
Product & services
Our software will continue to function as normal. You can log in to our portal to run our screens. Onboarding is also working as usual.
There may be some limitations in terms of cargo transportation, such as getting screens to locations in counties under lockdown. We will endeavour to find a solution together in these cases.
You should experience very little impact on your data management. The majority of our links use software that is running as normal. There may be the occasional need to visit a location in person to place data loggers. While this type of traffic may be restricted by government measures in the future this has not been the case to date.
Energy purchasing is not affected by the coronavirus pandemic and we are still available to provide you with support in this framework. The prices may differ from what we expected six months ago.
Impact on business
Our entire team is still hard at work and we are all playing our part with online video calls replacing physical meetings wherever possible. Together we are considering sustainable solutions that can help keep us strong and continue to build toward energy-positive buildings. You can always reach us by phone (+31 88 436 7400) or email (hello@hello-energy.com).
Financial matters
We understand that your company may be affected financially in this situation as these are uncertain times for many sectors. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to make a financial contribution in this respect. Please contact us if you find it impossible to pay our bills so we can discuss a solution to bridge the period together.
In short: we will do everything we can to come out of this challenging time in good (or better) shape. In the meantime, we will be back in touch if we have any further news to share.
