25 King has won 16 (!) awards, including a 6-star Green Star Design rating & Queenland’s first WELL Core and Shell Certification at the Platinum level: 

🪵 100% responsibly sourced timber from certified sustainably-managed forests, with a lower carbon footprint than traditional building materials.

🌱 Rainwater harvesting, aluminium sunshades reducing heat load, efficient low-temperature HVAC & lighting systems, interior natural daylighting & integrated biophilic design principles.

⚡ High thermal comfort for workers & a facade driving energy efficiency improvements of up to 46%.
