The 38-storey office and retail tower is the first property in Hong Kong to achieve Certification to Platinum under the LEED program of the U.S. Green Building Council. Hysan Place also achieved certifications at the highest level of Hong Kong’s Building Environmental Assessment Method (BEAM) 🌿

The retail podium accommodates a mix of planning models, such as public gathering spaces that serve to bring together the shopping experience while offering unique areas for diverse activities. Hysan Place also features a green roof and several sky gardens that help reduce the building’s impact on the city’s temperature, along with urban windows at lower floors that improve the microclimate in the surrounding neighbourhood ☀️

To maximise the comfort of occupants, all while obtaining energy efficiency, an advanced ventilation approach was designed to utilise the best aspects of natural and mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning. Building users can benefit from natural ventilation in transition seasons or in non-office hours.
