It has always been our dream: helping our clients create buildings and companies that positively contribute to human well-being and maximize positive environmental impact. Therefore, hello energy has been providing building owners, property managers, tenants and building users with insights into their energy use for years.
Now it’s time for the next step.
Take your sustainable ambitions to the next level
With our monthly sustainability challenges, you can now challenge everyone to behave more sustainably: your building, company, team, and colleagues.
Earlier this year, we launched our community feature. The place where you can engage in sustainability conversation with your entire building community. The new sustainability challenges will be an integral part of this online building community. Â
What are these challenges exactly? To put it simply:
- Each month, we’ll provide all community members with a list of actionable initiatives or behavioral changes. It’s up to them which ones to choose
- All participants engage in these actions for 2 weeks
- You all use the online building community to discuss progress, talk about hurdles, motivate each other (and send sustainability related puns, very important!!)
- At the end of each challenge, we take stock: what have we collectively achieved?

A new theme each month
Sustainability can be daunting. It’s such a big and multi-facetted topic, that you might have no clue where to start. And if you already started, you might have no clue what step to take next.
Not to worry, dear fossil fighting friends ;). We are here to help.
We’ll break the topic down into monthly themes. Energy use, waste, mobility, plastic, biodiversity, you name it. And while you use the online community to engage in conversation with each other, we’ll use the same space to provide you with in-depth articles on these themes, with tips and with fun facts. So be sure to check in regularly.
It’s gonna be one big fun collective learning experience.
